Simulation training: Learning with a real difference!

We want our delegates to be able to see the practical relevance of what they are learning during their training. We also want them to be able to apply their newly acquired assessor skills quickly and effectively back at work. So our new training programmes are designed as a real-life simulation. Delegates work for a fictitious organisation as an assessor and all of their assignments are about meeting their organisation’s need. They answer questions, prepare advice for their colleagues and design real to life assessment processes for the organisation. The simulation brings the assessment alive to the delegates, aids learning and knowledge transfer back to the work environment.
