Role Play Exercise Practice

The Role Play Exercise Practice assesses how you respond in a ‘real world’ situation in a customer service orientated situation. The Role Play Exercise Practice has been designed based on the logic of many customer orientated role plays that maybe similar to those that you may be asked to sit for an assessment centre. This practice test is ideal for those who have been asked to do a role play for a customer orientated role. The Role Play Exercise Practice consists of:

  • What role play exercises are?
  • Why are they used?
  • How best to approach a roleplay?
  • A practice role play to try with a friend or family member; and,
  • A Feedback that gives you a guide on how to score your practice role play exercise.

Why Practice?

The purpose of a practice test is to familiarise you with what will be expected of you when you complete the real test. It is not a mini version of the real test, nor is it intended to train you to pass the real test. Therefore, you will find the contents of the practice test to be similar, but not identical to the real test.

Regardless of whether you are sitting an online or paper version of the test, the practice materials will still help you to do your best, even if you do the practice on paper.

If you have been invited to complete a test designed by OPC Assessment, it is recommended you practice for that test with authorised practice materials that have also been designed by OPC Assessment.
