Job Vacancy: Talent Assessor
You may be asking as to what a Talent Assessor is……… You would be assessing someone’s potential for a wide range of job roles within the transport industry, and more specifically, the rail industry. We will train you to use a range of tools to do this, such as psychometric testing (ability tests, situational judgement tests, personality questionnaires etc) as well as undertaking structured interviews.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and help to recruit the right people into the right roles. You will work as part of a close and collaborative team based in Watford, working at a fast pace where change is constant.
The role will involve travelling and overnight stays will be required on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments, which may include interviews and psychometric tests to accurately gauge candidates' suitability.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience, including delivering activities promptly, building rapport, answering questions, and providing any appropriate support required by the candidate.
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand specific requirements for different projects and positions.
- Provide detailed evaluations and recommendations to our clients, aiding their decision-making process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging skills to ensure our assessments align with current market demands.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions to continuously enhance our talent assessment processes.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 (dependent on experience), with 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays and regular performance appraisals. The closing date is Monday 21st October 2024. Interviews will take place shortly after the closing date.
