Description

The CoreQ profiles specific personality traits, attitudes and behavioural styles that have been identified as key within entry level job roles. It is suitable for use in any industry or role where entry level positions are being recruited for. Therefore, it is ideal for organisations that recruit apprentices for example.

The questionnaire consists of 6 scales, with 70 questions relating to six core competencies required in entry level jobs.

Expert Online Reports: CoreQ Interview Question Prompt Form

We have developed a report that can be generated online based on the CoreQ profile of a candidate. This report can help you decide if your applicants have the right personality to work in an entry level role such as an apprenticeship, and help you to determine whether they will be the right fit for the role.

When using the CoreQ Interview Question Prompt Form the system takes each applicant's CoreQ personality profile and generates bespoke questions for that applicant based on their CoreQ profile. You can then use these questions at interview. This report allows you to check out the CoreQ findings, and to see if it stands up to scrutiny through some probing interview questions. You can then grade the applicant's core personality based on the interview results and their CoreQ profile.
